Here I am on vacation in Florida. After a very sweaty 5 mile run this morning in 85 degrees @ 8:45am, I noticed how plump my skin has gotten. The wrinkles around my eyes have all but disappeared. Could I be onto something?
I think it’s called “taking care of your skin”. I must admit I’ve been pretty lucky. I’ve never really paid much attention to what I do to my skin. Wash the sweat off, put some body lotion on after showering and maybe put some facial cream after washing my face ( I admit I did not even wash my face everyday). never really even thought about it…. Until now. Starting to see those crows feet thingy”s. Which brings me back to Florida & my plump skin. Skin needs moisture, which brings me back to Aspen where there is no moisture. See where I am going with this? I think I need to meet with one of our esthtishans when I get back to town & obtain their advise on skin products. And, of course, get a anti-aging facial!
Stay strong & take care of your skin.
