**SPORTS MEDICINE FRONT DESK LEAD POSITION:
The Front Desk Lead position is responsible for greeting patients, scheduling and
confirming patient appointments, verifying patient’s insurance, filing and cash handling.
All Front Desk employees are responsible for making a good first impression with all
guests and callers and provide excellent customer service to patients, providers and co-
workers. This job description is intended to cover the general duties of a Front Desk
employee and not all Front Desk employees perform all of them.
Shuttle Driver
Guest Service Associates
Spa Attendants
Part time Kid’s Gym attendant
Part time Pro Shop/Boutique sales
Part time/on call Massage Therapist
Part time Salon Reception
