Group Fitness Schedule – We ask all members to sign up for the class in advance! At the Front desk (970) 925-8900 or online here. YOU MAY ONLY SIGN UP 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR A CLASS

Group classes offer cardiovascular training and fitness conditioning for all ages and fitness levels. We offer over 60+ Group classes per week including Yoga, Pilates, Pilates Reformer, Sports Performance, TRX, Cardio, etc.

20/20/20: 20 minutes strength, 20 minutes Pilates, 20 minutes restorative stretch. A great class for all fitness and experience levels.

Amy’s Insane Intervals: Interval training using high/low athletic movement & plyometric/power work integrated with strength/core exercises using the Rip Trainer and other tools.

Ashtanga Yoga:  This method involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures – producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs.

Body Flow: This is a Yoga, Thai Chi & Pilates workout that builds flexibility, strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.

Body Pump: Barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.

Body Rolling/AIS: A fusion of bodyrolling for muscle fascia release and active isolated stretch to elongate and reduce tightness.

Cardio Cycle: Burn 600-800 calories in 45 minutes. Climb hills, ride flats, sprint & recover. Cycling is a great workout for any fitness level.

Guts and Butts: Tighten and tone that core and shape and lift that bootie. This class is perfect for everyone and you get it all in 30 minutes.

Kick Asana: An Ashtanga-based class combining breath and movement through a series of yoga asana (postures) to build strebth, stamina and flexibility. Sweat out toxins, improve balance and stretch out your active Aspen body.

Kick your Bootie Pilates: Building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury in a mat class.

Insight Yoga: A mindful and enjoyable approach to health, healing, flexibility and well being. Each session skillfully incorporates an interactive synthesis of Yin Yoga (passive, for range of motion in the joints), traditional Hatha-Yoga postures, slow vinyasa, deep restorative asanas, yoga breathing and inspiring insights.

Iyengar Yoga: A form of hatha yoga characterized by precision and alignment, sequencing and timing of various postures and the use of props. Guests $25.

Kundalini Yoga: Also called the Yoga of awareness, this yoga involves exercises that are very dynamic and active using breathing patterns to create a rhythmic state. The class integrates deep relaxation and meditation to give balance and inner harmony.

Nourishing Yoga: A slow yoga for all levels designed to calm your nerves and revive your spirit.

Quick-Rip: Basic Rip Trainer. Great for beginners as well as advanced participants. A strength addition to your normal cardio routine.

Restore and Renew Yoga: Concentrates on a series of long held postures which focus on gentle stretching to restore and renew the body. Suitable for all levels, it’s a perfect compliment to dynamic sports and activities. A slow recuperative practice will balance the body as well as create a more relaxed state.

Ski Conditioning 2012/Ski Fit: This is a 7 week program, given in 3 progressive phases using speed, overload, power and plyometric drills along with agility, balance, strength, core & flexibility. It will challenge you and prepare you for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and all the fun winter activities.

Skier Circuit Training: Circuit Training with a skiing focus. Challenge your body and mind with drills and stations geared toward leg and core strength and power and increased cardio fitness.

Strength & Alignment: Concentrates on resistance training, full body flexibility and postural alignment.

Sunrise Stretch: Start the morning right with a full body stretch with a focus on spinal release, alignment and range of motion.

TRX Suspension Training: Try this new & exciting class that leverages one’s own bodyweight and gravity to develop strength, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.  Designed for all fitness levels!

Water classes: A fun aerobic workout that uses the resistance of water to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

Women & Weights: This class emphasizes proper weight training techniques and focuses on the specific conditioning needs for women. Members $20. Guests $35.

Upper Cuts and Core: Strengthen, tone and define your back and arms, abdominal & low back. Finish with hip stabilization exercises.

Vinyasa Flow: An energizing flow of postures linking breath with movement generating internal heat, flexibility and balance.

Wheels & Ropes: 30 minute cycle class and 30 minutes high intensity circuit. Take your training results to the next level and beyond.

Yin Yoga Basics: Fundamentals of Yin Yoga. Slow, mindful, specific poses for the body and internal organs as well as its complimentary Yang (more active) practice.

Yoga Basics: Great yoga class for beginners.

Yoga Blend: A mindful and creative blend of Yin, Hatha, Slow Flow, Iyengar-style and restorative yoga. Guided relaxation. All levels welcome.

Zumba: Ditch the workout & join the party!  Class is a fusion of latin and international music that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness class.
