RESERVATIONS: Book reservations as far in advance as possible to secure preferred treatment time. At the time of booking, please express whether you have a preference for a male or female spa therapist. All of our spa therapists are highly trained in draping techniques to ensure your comfort at all times. Reservations are guaranteed with a credit card. Please keep in mind, guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
CANCELLATIONS: Because your spa appointments are reserved specifically for you, we ask that you notify the spa reservations staff a minimum of 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a full charge for the service. All no-show appointments will be charged in full. ALL ONLINE BOOKING CHANGES MUST BE MADE BY CALLING 866-4-VITALITY or 970-925-8900.
ARRIVAL: To prepare for your experience, please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrival results in a reduction of treatment time, ensuring the next appointment begins on time.
HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS: To avoid possible contraindications, please inform our staff of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, prescription medications and special assistance requirements.
GRATUITIES: If your service is not checked out by SpaAspen’s closing hours, a 20% service charge will be added to your bill for all services. The gratuity will be distributed to all spa therapists who served you during your spa experience. If you wish to change this suggested gratuity, please tell us at time of checkout.
VALUABLES, CELLULAR PHONES AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES: Your valuables are special; please do not bring them with you. Use of cellular phones and electronic devices is not permitted beyond the reception area.
GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are available for purchase at the spa, by phone or online.
FITNESS CENTER: Use of the fitness center is complimentary for day spa guests with services over $85. Facilities include men’s and women’s locker rooms with dry sauna, steam and Jacuzzi as well as cardiovascular and weight equipment. The Fitness Center is open M-F 6am-9pm and Sat-Sun 7am-8pm.
